Port selection is good, I get 5W to my phone with the BC 1.2 charging port, and about 9W to my iPad with the USB 10G port. It is long so it stays home. With the new Mac's it doesn't really need an HDMI or SD card slot, so dropping some ports would make it more portable.

This Plugable 9-in-1 USB-C Hub / dock hits the mark!

It's packed with ports for HDMI, USB-A/C, SD, Ethernet, and more.

USB ports are 10Gbps.

The card reader is UHS-II.

It has 140W pass-through charging, giving up to 125W to your laptop for fast power-ups.

The HDMI port supports 4K at 60Hz with HDR, so external displays look sharp and vibrant.

It works with laptops that have a USB-C, USB4, or Thunderbolt port with video support.

The cable is a decent size, not too long, not too short.

The only thing they missed on this one is the Gigabit Ethernet port,
this hub deserved 2.5Gbps networking to be flat out awesome.

Still, easy 5/5. Very nice, slim, super capable hub.

The key feature I needed from this Plugable 9-in-1 USB-C Hub is the 140W PD input that provides 125W upstream. My Acer laptop can accept a PD 100W power source and anything less it will display a warning about slow charging. I connected the Plugable hub to a 140W GaN charger with a 240W cable and when connecting to my laptop, I got the slow charging warning. I connected an inline USB tester and saw the hub was only providing less an 73W. I tried several other USB-C cables including ones that are rated for 240W and 140W, but max power output was still around 72W. I think tried a few 140W GaN chargers I had, a UGREEN Nexode 140W, a Egoway 140W charger and a Yoocas 140W charger. Did different combinations of USB chargers with cables but again, max power output was only around 70W. When I connect my laptop directly to these chargers, it charges at full speed without slow charging warning. I also use a larger Plugable hub that also does 125W upstream and have no issue with this hub. But this (-in-1 hub is disappointing as the key feature that sets this hub apart is the 140W PD input. It can also output 4K@60Hz, whereas as many lower end hubs can only do 30Hz.

The build quality of the Plugable is great with an aluminum housing but it's quite long as almost 19cm long. It feels weighty too so not the best for travel. It's just too bad about the 125W upstream charging not working.
