Installation Notes
Steps 5a and 5b:
- Tension Adjustment: (Key step!)
- Use the Allen wrench:
- Clockwise (+): Increase tension (for heavier TVs, e.g., 35kg).
- Counterclockwise (-): Decrease tension (for lighter TVs, e.g., 28.6kg).
- Test: Pull the bracket down—it should move smoothly and hold position (does not rebound or slide down).
Important Tips
- Small TVs (43–50”): May show 1–2” of the bracket. For full coverage, use 55”+ TVs.
- Drywall Warning: Never rely on drywall anchors alone—always secure to studs for safety.
- Stuck Hydraulics?: Stop using and contact support. Do not force movement!
