Q1: What can I do if the remote cannot work?

A: Please do the following check.

(1) Before using the remote, please Remove the Little Transparent Piece first, which is used to reduce battery consumption during the storage and shipping process, and connect the infrared control cable with the item.

(2) The distance and the angle of the Infrared Control Cable and the remote should be within 16ft, and 45 degrees respectively.

(3) When use the remote control, it should be directly facing the receiver and there are no objects blocking it.

Q2: How can I troubleshoot if I cannot get any signal when using this switch to PS4 Pro/PS5/Xbox to a 4K/60Hz monitor?

A: You can solve this issue via these steps.

(1)Connect the PS4 Pro/Xbox to the TV directly, and manually lower the resolution first. Then connect them to the switch.

(2)Or you can set the HDMI version of your TV as HDMI 1.4. You can also connect the switch to the HDMI 1.4 port of your TV directly without any setting.

This HDMI expander works great. I used Port 1 for my FireStick and connected my Blu-Ray player HDMI cable to Port 3. When using my FireStick I change to HDMI 1 on my TV Source and the menu comes up. There is a slight delay but that doesn’t concern me. The one issue I can comment on is the space between the three ports on the device. If I had the need for three connected devices it wouldn’t work because I would have difficulty with the amount of space between the ports. My fire stick is wider than a normal HDMI cable and encroaches the space allotted for the next cable to connect in Port 2. If I needed the third port I would have returned this expander for a different one.

Happy with purchase. I can charge my phone using the "PD" output at a fast pace. 2 outlets means the price per outlet is good. It is much better to buy this and receive the 2 outlets rather than buying 1 adapter. Installation of the outlet is simple... Turn off breaker, verify no power, connect the live/neutral and Gnd wire, verify, and then close up the wall outlet. The box is pretty wide so make sure there is not too much cable that interferes with the closure. I can power my laptop from the wall outlet now without the need for a charger. (Make sure you get a compatible USB C cable that can support high speed, the cheap ones are garbage). there is a USB A and a USB C connector that you can use.
