  First I Have to mention that I have had good experience with UGREEN products in the past.
  Everything was working as it should and picture quality was very good.
  After using the remote for the 2nd. time it stopped working.
  Fresh Battery, re-installing all cables including IR, the remote still would not work.
  UGREEN Support said they could not supply a replacement.
  At this point I was very disappointed, as I had the HDMI switcher MOUNTED (As it is very small to have 4 HDMI Cables attached), and would have preferred a fully functional unit as apposed to a full refund.
  For this reason, the rating is low.
  Now, I have to find another 4K HDMI Switcher.
