Installation Notes

Steps 5a and 5b:

Tension Adjustment: (Key step!)
Use the Allen wrench:
Clockwise (+): Increase tension (for heavier TVs, e.g., 35kg).
Counterclockwise (-): Decrease tension (for lighter TVs, e.g., 28.6kg).
Test: Pull the bracket down—it should move smoothly and hold position (does not rebound or slide down).

Important Tips

Small TVs (43–50”): May show 1–2” of the bracket. For full coverage, use 55”+ TVs.
Drywall Warning: Never rely on drywall anchors alone—always secure to studs for safety.
Stuck Hydraulics?: Stop using and contact support. Do not force movement!

Gas Spring Height Adjustment

The counterbalance mechanism assists in lifting and lowering the TV.
Allows fluid, tool-less height adjustment.
Spring tension adjustable to suit your TV weight (77 lbs carrying capacity).
