- Reviewed in Canada on April 4, 2025Verified PurchaseThe product is fine. Has all the bells and whistles for coffee lovers. It’s the seller - 鶹 - that’s the problem. So convenient that you can’t leave a ‘seller feedback’ when the seller is 鶹 itself. After a lengthy chat, the issue was not resolved. Shameful.
- Reviewed in Canada on April 27, 2025Verified PurchaseLove it! Easy to use, clean. Not noisy, doesn't take too much space on my kitchen counter. Coffee is hot. The Milk frother works good. The only thing I can say I like less is that it does not indicate that the water tank is low. Other then that, it's awsome. I recommande !
- Reviewed in Canada on January 8, 2025Verified PurchaseI purchased the Stilosa in November of 2023. It appeared to do the job for home use. Made 40-50 espressos for the wife and I, over one year. It never dripped evenly but I adapted by packing the coffee grounds less tightly.
Steamer (frother) stopped functioning properly around eleven months later.
I called DeLonghi (3X's) and they viewed the machine through my phone and was told to descale it. Purchased the liquid descaler and tried twice to run the liquid through but the machine completely stopped functioning.
Called again and the rep said after looking at and listening to the machine, "It Is Defective."
The warranty was one week expired and DeLonghi would not service or exchange it. If I had been told that it was defective when I first called it would have still been under warranty.
I then escalated my displeasure to 鶹 and after 2 phone calls and a couple of hours of time I was told, "SOL".
I understand that items break down or can be defective but what I can't understand is why the after service or warranty is not honored.
One Star for Lack of Service!
One Star for not honoring the warranty!
One Star for defective machine!
By the way, my wife and I are retired seniors who you just ripped off for $100. I think my review will cost you a lot more.
You can make this right by simply exchanging the machine.
- Reviewed in Canada on January 7, 2025Verified PurchaseI was given a De'Longhi espresso maker a good 20 years ago and although it was still in fine working order, I wanted to treat myself to a new version. And definitely wanted another De'Longhi! I am not disappointed. This machine is a relatively compact size that works well in a small apartment kitchen. I'm happy with the espresso and cappuccinos it makes. Full disclosure - I haven't yet used the steamer as I have an electric frother that I love. I followed the "first use" directions and the machine was a bit noisier than I expected - but not a deal breaker at all. Just make sure the water tank is pushed down far enough to release the water. My old machine only held enough water for one cup, so I love that I don't have to add water each time. This is a pretty basic machine, but for the price it's well worth the investment if you just want basic espresso and cappuccino.
- Reviewed in Canada on December 28, 2024Verified PurchaseI just got my new Espresso machine and I love it. I didn't say enough about my first Espresso Machine. This may be an entry-level Espresso maker, but it really does do a good job. With just the Espresso and no milk added, there is plenty of foam froth on top, the flavour is splendid. Excellent buy. Be sure to warm/heat your mug before putting it under to make your drinks, if it's a cold mug, it's going to be cold, there is only 1 or 2 ounces of coffee in the cup.
- Reviewed in Canada on March 10, 2025Verified PurchaseAlright little machine, mine does have some quirks though. I've had this machine now for about 3 months, I was new to making my own espresso's so i chose this machine as a starting off point to get me going. I had a manual Hario hand grinder and its in consistencies in grinding didnt help so i went and got a Breville BCG820BSS which helped this machine out to make a more consistent brew when i got it dialed in. My settings are 17grams (double shot) at a 10 for fineness. Extraction starts to struggle on this machine with a finer grind since it cant produce the pressure needed.
Mine had an issues with pressure building and puffing out when i removed the bottomless portafilter for the machine, this could have been for a few reasons like bad puck prep and incorrect amounts, but i did notice the infuser on the machine was loose and required me to tighten it up. I'm also noticing a minor leaked when the machine builds pressure from the infuser when the portafilter is removed.
I would say that all in all, it does what it needs to and is fine for a starting off machine, but be aware that this will have its faults.
Edit: Steam wand is garbage with that giant piece on it. Remove that, zip tie the plastic piece on and use it like that. Makes it easier to get a more consistent froth on the milk.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy this machine in India!!
Verified PurchaseI received a faulty machine and Cart2Globe did not replace it in India. They also do not give a warranty card, which is required to repair the machine in India. I wasted INR 25,000 on it and there was no accountability from the seller. Buy it at your own risk in India, at least. Really disappointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Platform
Verified PurchaseLance Hedrick has a fantastic video on this machine. Go watch it for a real review!
But I can share some experience with this machine. Out of the box you will struggle to make good espresso due to the pressurized porta filter. You can fix that with a mod, but I would recommend just replacing it which should cost you 30-ish dollars. After that this machine is good enough that the quality of your grinder, dial in, and pick prep probably matter more than the machine. That is fantastic at this price.
Not that this machine always makes it easy. Pre infusion is possible but requires some awkward switch flipping, the drip tray is flimsy, and many other price points concessions are clear.
But this can make good espresso. Even really good espresso! My skills are definitely the limiting factor on it, not the other way around. And it costs less than most manual levers... It's amazing!

5.0 out of 5 stars Bonita, prática.
