  The first thing I noticed was how well the machine was packaged and then how well-engineered and designed it was.
  I was excited to make my first cup of cappuccino and although I read the well-written instructions I clearly did not read them as thoroughly as I should have because instead of steam I got hot water!…and so I called the contact number for help. The call was answered on the third ring (no tedious answering machine message) and the man who answered told me immediately what I was doing incorrectly and after this I am enjoying superb coffees. The machine is so easy to use, quiet, heats up quickly and produces wonderful cappuccinos with great coffee and well-steamed milk and it is so easy to clean.
  It’s astonishing to be able to buy such a machine at such a low price.
  Delivery, packaging, machine quality, ease of use, coffee, after sales service, price…every element is perfect, in fact it’s difficult to understand why anyone would buy a more complicated and expensive machine when this works so well…just read the instructions!!!
  Time for another coffee…
