Machine is noisy coffee comes not very hot with no creem and weak.l have the best beans ground fined waste of money And the steam frother stop working properly after a few uses. Getting a replacement. Will see how long the next one lasts. Got a replacement today the steamer. Don't work very good on this one either steam is barely warm i guess that's what u get for $150.00 machine. I guess i will just keep it to much hassle to do a nother return. Do not buy this machine if u need the frother or good coffee. Now there on salefor$119.00. still made poorly. Now one of the filters is broken. After much back and forth the manufacture is sending a replacement. We will see if the replacement is eny better. Used machine for 6 weeks now pump stopped working. This delongo exsperso machine is a big waste of money. Don't recommend any one byes this machine.
