I adore Strange New Worlds. Anson Mount's Pike very swiftly won my affections. I've always loved this character: right from Jeffrey Hunter's sole performance in the unseen pilot/ the Cage and its repackage in the Original Series the Menagerie. The stories are even more intricate and compelling this season, especially the soon to be legend "Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow". No spoilers here but that episode is a turning point in Trek History, and does a lot to reconcile a lot of recent shows with the original continuity. I heartily endorse getting this set. In a day of streaming services slowly dumping content its worth picking up quality material like this in physical formats. As Pike might say: "Punch it."
