    Simple way of making my own no knead whole wheat bread, I follow the recipe from the booklet that comes with it, replacing 1/3 of the flour with whole wheat flour. Just put the lekue on a scale, then add all the ingredients, mix with a spatula, cover and let it ferment overnight, bake next morning, and have my own DIY bread in about 50 min. The only strange thing is that the base of the bread that is in contact with the lekue appears very shiny after it's done. Anyway I always get soft bread with crusty exterior, and most importantly is that I know what's in the bread. Clean up is easy, I just hand wash it with warm water and a sponge.
