So far, I have only made Irish soda bread. I did weigh the ingredients in the bowl, so that worked. It then occurred to me that it is a great colour, because with use, baking containers acquire a brown rim where stuff is baked on. So brown is a good original colour. Absolutely non stick. Also, I wouldn鈥檛 want it bigger. I would make a bigger loaf, but would probably be ungainly in handling when the dough is uncooked.
