Quality is not bad, it can be angled, and on full speed it's quite breezy.
I like that you can adjust the speed with the knob, but have noticed that if you use a lower fan speed, it's not as quiet as I expect it to be.
I don't have a dewalt battery to test it with, but it comes with a power cord for powered use and that is how I have been using it. Works very well powered into an outlet.
It's a nice size but also portable, so you can move it around to room to room. I do wish they had some rubber feet on the bottom though so that it gripped to certain surfaces better.
Overall though I like it. This will be very useful for keeping me cool in the hot summer.
