  I have been using this for a few months with good results. It has high spredability so a little goes a long way (sometimes I wonder if I will ever finish the bottle!). In terms of skin benefits, the biggest change is that I have a lot fewer breakouts (almost none starting the second or third week of using it). I have sensitive skin but I tolerated this formula very well, with no irritation. But this is my personal experience! As many people pointed out, if I did not get burned, it doesn't mean that you won't either, or that it will cure your acne! This is a good starter Retinol product so I will likely upgrade to something stronger but I definetely recommend it.
  
  For anyone interested, I prefer a minimalist skincare approach (i.e. less products but high quality), so I only use the Cerave serum at night and the Vichy Anti-acne facewash and lotion during the day + SPF
