  I've purchased three 50W+ multiport USB chargers so far, all were highly rated, but and this one seemed to be the most sophisticated and reliable of all. It never gets hot, which is not the case with other chargers. My USB meter did confirm it negotiates the voltage & current properly with high drain devices like Laptops. Also, every time you add or remove a device, the charger pauses for a second then redo the power distribution which seemed re-assuring. Do read the manual as some ports has higher outputs when shared.
