  Bought this as a safety precaution for morning runs after being followed one day. Easy to hold, fits nicely around my hand and is adjustable for all sizes. Would be easy to unlock and use in a hurry. Very nice how you can keep it locked so I don’t have to worry about accidentally spraying myself. Makes me feel safe and gives me confidence while running knowing I have something for self defence if needed so easily accessible
