    I purchased the Sabre 22-gram Dog Spray as a precautionary measure for protection in case I ever encounter an aggressive dog. While I haven’t had to use it yet, I wanted to share my thoughts on the product based on my experience so far.
    Effectiveness and Strap Design

    The spray itself seems to be well-designed, with a lightweight strap that securely attaches to your hand, making it easy to carry and access in a potential emergency. The strap ensures that the spray stays with you, especially when you're walking with your dog or outdoors, and it gives you a secure grip. The spray would likely do its job effectively in a dangerous situation.
    Safety Feature Issue

    The one downside that kept me from giving this 5 stars is the safety feature on the top of the canister. The safety switch is a bit too loose and can easily slide into the firing position, especially if it’s in your pocket. To avoid this, I had to tape the top to prevent it from moving into the firing position accidentally. While this isn’t a huge deal, it’s an inconvenience that could be easily improved by making the safety feature more secure.
    Final Thoughts

    Overall, the Sabre 22-gram Dog Spray is a solid product for personal protection, with a secure and lightweight strap design, but the loose safety feature could use some improvement. If you’re considering this for peace of mind, just be aware of the safety switch issue and take precautions to secure it. Despite that, I would still recommend it for anyone who wants an added layer of protection when out with their dog.
