Less than "okay" as advertised

The Wii was functional, yes, but was badly scratched, all covers were missing, came without the stand and the remote doesn't work at all (and yes! I tried brand new batteries). It was advertised as "okay", but to me, it's less than that. AT LEAST if the only remote that came with it was functional, but not even.
