  This product that I ordered does not work. Being a new costumer, I am so disappointed with this service. I just plug it in today May 1st 2020 and to my avail there is no connection. It did not come with the main remote that is needed to move forward. I could scream. Since being in quarantine wanted to 1. enjoy some competitive games as well as exercise which both are an asset to the overall well being of your health and mine. I want my money back. This is not a joke. I want my purchase refund immediately. Deborah Marshall
