It seems the safety trigger is almost guaranteed to move to the on position with normal wear and tear which could result in an unwanted firing. Very poor design and/or workmanship as it seems there should be a hole for the safety tip to fall into. Also hand holder is falling apart which I noticed as soon as I removed it from the package.
