- Reviewed in Canada on September 7, 2024Was in the market to buy a burger smasher and came across this entire set from Cuisineart and was impressed that you got a shaker, burger press, spatula and burger patty papers. This is very good both for the price as well as for those that are delving into the realm of Smash Burgers. The iron press works very well and helps create an even patty. It has good weight making pressing your burger very easy. Cleaning was quick and easy. It will take time to perfect this technique but I think my first go around at this, I did pretty well. The spatula is a decent addition, nothing overly to brag about but suffice to say the least. The edges are sharp from what I notice and were able to get underneath the burger fairly easy. The burger patty papers definitely comes in handy and saves from having to cut wax paper yourself. Definitely something I will invest into the future as it probably is better from a cost and time perspective. The shaker is a huge plus in my opinion. I know this can be purchased separately but it was definitely a nice addition.
This is a good starter kit for anyone looking to invest into making Smash Burgers. Whether you are a pro or beginner this is a great set and for an awesome price.
