The spatula is a decent addition, nothing overly to brag about but suffice to say the least. The edges are sharp from what I notice and were able to get underneath the burger fairly easy. The burger patty papers definitely comes in handy and saves from having to cut wax paper yourself. Definitely something I will invest into the future as it probably is better from a cost and time perspective. The shaker is a huge plus in my opinion. I know this can be purchased separately but it was definitely a nice addition. This is a good starter kit for anyone looking to invest into making Smash Burgers.     10mm lip around the "smashing" face. Impossible to get a true smashed patty when you can't go thinner than the 10mm lip. Other than that the quality feels very good. Spatula is very solid and the salt/pepper shaker looks good. I won't know for sure though since I'm returning this.
