  Have been using this for three years. Even though my dentist still recommends fluoride products from time to time, I only use this one, and it seems to do the trick (as in supporting a cavities-free milieu). 36% of xylitol beats all the other brands I know, so I stick to it despite the price, which I find too high (thus 4 stars only).
