  I tried it with a 2TB HD. It works as expected but missing important feature. There is no screws for fixing HD to the body of this enclosure and also the door locks with 2 plastic gear to the body and no screw for attaching door to the body meaning it is possible you hold the enclosure by its door and body slides and drops. Also it is very possible the HD slides inside the device and disconnects from internal SATA connector. Also this device is not designed for everyday use with different HD as insertion and removal of the HD will cause loosen HD inside the enclosure. I have not have a chance to test performance and other features of this product.
