If you have a router and wanted to make variable depth, circle groove or hole, larger than the average, that's the tool you needed. Was needed it for custom DIY speakers, needed a groove for the tweaters to be surface flush and after couple tries, went perfect. Don't expect that kit to be heavy duty for occasional abuse, it's excellent.
