They are tasty and include different trace minerals in my diet for health and well-being. It鈥檚 a huge bag! It鈥檚 not very coarse it鈥檚 rather fine. Won鈥檛 need milling. I like the taste of it. In terms of price it costs 60$ for 5lb. 12$/lb or 2.64$/100g. It seems expensive because it鈥檚 a large amount, but a quick search just on 麻豆区 shows that most other brands cost even more than that, ranging from 9$/100g to 4-5$/100g. This same company sells a smaller bag of 1/4 lb that costs 14.15$/100g that has great reviews. You actually get a deal for buying a larger amount.
