  This set is perfect. The items are well made & easy to clean. The whisk is amazing it mixes my starter with ease no more struggling. The bread scrapper is great for cutting the dough in half or pieces & cleans the counter with ease. The lame is perfect,it's easy to load the blade on & it comes with replacement blades and a leather cover for the blade. Very easy to use I just need practice on my designs.
  I am pleased with the quality it feels like it should be more expensive glad it's not.
  If you are looking for a nice set of tools for a very reasonable price this is the one.
