  Looks great, hefty design, and resists tipping. Now the bad - it really doesn't work for one handed dispensing. Tried two different brands (Bounty and Enviro) - neither will rip without holding down the stand. My best guess is that the base needs more weight and the spring on the arm needs to be stiffer. For what is costs this is a deal breaker.
