  Came loose in a small box inside a large shipper box without much packaging to save it moving around. A little plastic piece at the bottom of the product had broken and was dangling off the edge when I opened it. Other than the very poor planning on the shipper's part (-2 stars), it works well enough in my bedroom and so am not going to look into returning it. Functionally, it's fine. The breakage is mostly a cosmetic issue -- I would have had to return it if the register was wider.
