    Update: I reached out to HTVRONT and I received truly the best and fastest customer service. They worked with me regarding my issues and have agreed to replace my press. Their aftersales team is 10/10. Thank you HTVRONT, for standing behind your product!

    Received this heat press a couple months ago, have not used it much because of summer holidays. It is very neat and easy to use, looks well-built however......I am experiencing issues such as ghosting. I was fine for most of my sublimation products and then it started having faded spots (I call ghosting). I have reached out to the company (sent photos of issue) I am waiting for them to respond to why this could be happening and how to fix it. Will be back with an update when i have one.
