Received this heat press a couple months ago, have not used it much because of summer holidays. It is very neat and easy to use, looks well-built however......I am experiencing issues such as ghosting. I was fine for most of my sublimation products and then it started having faded spots (I call ghosting). I have reached out to the company (sent photos of issue) I am waiting for them to respond to why this could be happening and how to fix it. Will be back with an update when i have one.

So far I really like this. I know there have been other feedback on other groups about not accommodating bulky items like hoodies and sweatshirts, but I have done several sweatshirts with no problems. As well, when sublimating and you need more pressure, you can either get an additional teflon pad to put under the original base pad, or do what I do and put a some cardboard inside the garment to ensure a flat surface and more even pressure.
