  This is a very high quality sketch book. I am very impressed at the package as a while including the quality of paper and binding - this is just a very good product.
  
  The paper is thick, perfect for sketching with crayons, charcoal, pencils, etc. - I'm not sure that using wet paints would be a good idea with this particular pad unless you removed the pages first.
  
  Great to recommend for personal use, or as a great gift!
