  I tried a batch using the included rice cup and water measurement line within the pot, and another batch using a regular measuring cup for the rice and water. Each one came out well. As soon as the cooker switched to the warm setting I unplugged it and let the rice rest for 10 minutes. I believe it cooks and warms at a higher temperature so it lost a star for that.
