    Really pleased with this budget rice cooker ... gives really fluffy rice like you get in Chinese restaurants. Surprised and pleased.
    Only slight con is lack of an "off" switch: you have to unplug it to turn it off ... but that's what you get for this bare-bones price.
    One other comment: a few reviews mention sticking or burning ... I think this is because those folks are probably not washing the rice ... this removes a bunch of starch from the rice, which causes the burning ... no big thing, just swish the rice in the cooking pot around with water 2 or 3 times, roughly drain, and there you are.

    I tried a batch using the included rice cup and water measurement line within the pot, and another batch using a regular measuring cup for the rice and water. Each one came out well. As soon as the cooker switched to the warm setting I unplugged it and let the rice rest for 10 minutes. I believe it cooks and warms at a higher temperature so it lost a star for that.

    This has been working well for me. Definitely recommended for the price. I’d never owned a rice cooker before a few tips i learned online were important in using it:
    -Rinse the rise before cooking until the water runs clear. Unrinsed rice tends to boil over because of the starch
    -A teaspoon of margarine or a small amount of oil will also prevent boil-overs.
    -I’ve found that a quick stir mid way through cooking prevents overcooked grains

    Item its really good when is working however 1 year WARRANTY is only for USA ! That should be clearly stated in item description for Canadian shoppers.     It is a nice little rice cooker. No fancy stuff just a good, affordable rice cooker that doesn’t need lots of additional features. Our prior one from the same brand lasted many years, but eventually the nonstick coating got scratched up so we chose this one. It is just two of us, so we never used the capacity of a large one. This size is perfect to make rice for 1-3 people. It is easy to use and doesn’t have . The only thing to be careful of is the plastic feet on the bottom. They are only held by a small metal pin and wobble a little. If one were to be too rough I can see one snapping off.

    Tras investigar sobre marcas, tamaños, opciones, nos decidimos por esta arrocera y no nos arrepentimos, ya hasta se la hemos recomendado a amigos. Somos una pareja que odia cocinar y siempre tiene prisa, y esto nos ha salvado por completo.
