The up/down motion of the press stopped working, so while it would still heat up, the press would not close or come in contact with the base, rendering it useless. Attempts to reach the seller received no response. Broke outside of return date but still under warranty but the seller is unreachable.
I absolutely love this heat press! So much better than the conventional design. Easy in and out with the ironing board, no more big heavy clunker press handles, a timer that does the work for you. Fits thick items in easily. So many safety features, auto off, cool touch ironing board, fewer potential burned fingers, scorched products, or forgot to turn off. I love it. And the sleek modern design is beautiful. I couldn't be more impressed. Well worth the cost and not really any more expensive than the other styles.
