It took me 10 minutes to assemble it. The instructions are not very detailed, and the pictures are not very clear, making it difficult to determine the position of each part.
But I like the click locking device used on each joint, which makes it convenient even if you need to disassemble it.
The height can be adjusted to 5 positions just like my clothes drying rack, and it is very stable at the highest position. I don't quite understand why the title says it can be folded. I guess it might actually mean that it can be disassembled quickly with those click locks.
The bucket is not very big, so there may be some splashing. The lid is very light, and it can't be sealed when covered. If it has been used overnight, the room will smell bad in the morning. I wish the lid had some kind of rubber sealing.
