Requires HX8357C drivers which isn't obvious. You need Adafruit_TFTLCD library, and you need to edit Adafruit_TFTLCD.cpp to use 320x480 instead of it's default 240x320--there's a commented out section in that file for the desired resolution.)
Also, my unit arrived with the LCD hanging off the main board loosely by some double-sided tape that didn't hold. And the corner of the screen was cracked, so it's being returned. (It was shipped in the same box as a bunch of bars of soap, which might have led to the cracking..?) -- Update: I got a replacement one, and it seems to work well. Both display and touch screen work nicely with MCUFriend libraries.
The overall build is a bit fragile, so it's a good idea to put it in a case. (A good idea for any bare LCD screen.)
