  Really customizable. Can use cone or basket filter. Super easy to set. Nothing confusing. Can turn the warning plate on or off in advance. Makes super good cold brew (but only for about 4 cups, or 20 oz per cold brew batch). I used 20 hrs for cold brew, 1st time worked great, VERY smooth coffee. Best coffee pot I've ever owned. The one tiny flaw is when you remove the glass pot to pour a cup, often a few drops of coffee drip onto the warming plate. For most people, I don't think they would care. I don't, I just wipe it, but I thought I'd mention it.
