  We like it. Makes great tasting and hot coffee, using the "Gold" setting. Have not tried making Ice Brew. Compared to previous coffee makers we've owned over the years, it is a quality unit. One disappointment (for us) was: it is taller than the dimensions listed on the �鶹��.ca website by about 1cm which made it just a bit too tall to slide under our top kitchen cupboards. The unit we received is 16.0" tall (40.63cm) overall, NOT the 39.62cm stated.
