  Used it so far in the past month for brakes on a Lexus LS460 and Toyota Tacoma, both had calipers with four pistons each.
  
  It can be a little tricky to operate. You need to press down on the plates to help overcome the friction of the ratch mechanism until it starts getting tight against the pistons. Even then, the plates tend to rotate so you need to hold them still while ratcheting, while also holding the caliper.
  
  So it can take some farting around, but in the end it works, and pushed back all 4 pistons. If I was a mechanic for a living I would look for something less finicky, but the price is good for how often I need it.
