  These metal crutches are very well made. They are not heavy to handle and are very steady. To adjust the height, I just pushed in the steel buttons and was able to lengthened them in a second. I was a bit apprehensive about buying these, but I am glad I did. The only thing I didn't like was the part where you grab it with your hand. It was a bit difficult to adjust the height. The long stainless steel screw kept jamming into the rubber gasket, but I overcame that slight problem. In all, a good purchase. Thanks and by the way, �鶹�� delivered this to me with lightning speed.
