    Don't waste your time and money buying it.
    I bought it in early October, but it doesn't have anti slip function and is not easy to use on wet ground. I want to return it, but I can't do it at all. When you click on return on 鶹, there is always a page asking you to contact their website or phone number, which doesn't work at all. Their return policy is fundamentally different from what is described, and I believe this is deception.

    the padded areas for the underarms and the hands are very, very small and the padding is inadequate.
    As this company also makes crutches for children and youth I think they have simply made height allowances for adults but kept the padded support areas child-sized. Very disappointing for adults who require good support after surgery or injury .

    These metal crutches are very well made. They are not heavy to handle and are very steady. To adjust the height, I just pushed in the steel buttons and was able to lengthened them in a second. I was a bit apprehensive about buying these, but I am glad I did. The only thing I didn't like was the part where you grab it with your hand. It was a bit difficult to adjust the height. The long stainless steel screw kept jamming into the rubber gasket, but I overcame that slight problem. In all, a good purchase. Thanks and by the way, 鶹 delivered this to me with lightning speed.
