  It arrived promptly and I find it solidly made. Several people I know recommended it to me for my partner who suffers from insomnia. She still wakes up but seems to go back to sleep. She's not sure if it works but she's been using it for a month and continues to use it so that says to me that she must find it useful. This machine is really great for kids as well (the kids I know, are very sensitive to noise and this works).
  The only glitch with the one I received is that only the loudest setting works but that doesn't bother my partner so I didn't return it. Great product. Everyone in the family is now using it.
