  The silicone icecube mold *sounds* like a good idea, and looks great in the product photos, however they are practically impossible to fill with the provided tiny funnel. The alternative fill method, where you fill the bottom with water then press in the top piece wastes so much water and is difficult to get right. Once the ice balls are frozen, they always have a seam where the bottom and top meet. I wouldn't recommend this product.
