  This product was recommended by Naturopath as it has a higher quality of folic acid. I'm very happy with this product as I do not get any diarrhea like previous products I've used and this product doesn't give you a synthetic version of folic acid. I highly recommend this product or woman needing this to provide the vitamins their baby needs.
