Bad Batch?
Have been taking this Prenatal since November 2022 based on the recommendation of my naturopath. Have liked them up to this point and haven’t had issues purchasing them via amazon. Unfortunately, i have run into what looks like a defective container. The top pill in the photo is the colour that they have been in each batch since I started ordering them. The bottom pill is the colour of the pills in the batch that I just received. They are not eligible for return or refund. I have message NFH directly to inquire further about this, specifically the safety.

    We purchased these for my second pregnancy and these are great. They are of clean ingredients and do not have a weird aftertaste. However, it is worth noting that these should be eaten with food otherwise, in my case, nausea occurred.

    I purchased this in a rush as I did not realize I was running out of my supply. I normally get this item from a trusted supplement store (physical store) or a Naturopath, they always come in a whitish color with no taste. This one from 鶹 was yellowish/brownish, had a different smell and had a sour taste.

    I contacted NFH and received an immediate response from the General Manager. He said said while the batch on the bottle is the lot they are selling, they do not allow anyone to sell on 鶹. There is no guarantee of NFH products if bought on 鶹.

    I should have read the reviews from previous customers before ordering. 鶹 customer service was quick in responding too and said he'd process my refund yesterday, let's hope it goes through.

    For those who are confused on how to get a refund because they suspect the item they received is defective, you will need to chat with a live agent as the automatic return page is not available for this product.

I'm very happy with this product as I do not get any diarrhea like previous products I've used and this product doesn't give you a synthetic version of folic acid. I highly recommend this product or woman needing this to provide the vitamins their baby needs.
