    I would like to start out by saying: if you think this book is going to tell you what to do, or it's a follow-this-rigidly book, you are wrong. The Self Care Solution is a very well written book that describes the benefits of exploring new things every month.
    From a dry month to more laughter to more meditation this book is a very useful tool to have whenever you feel like trying something new every month.
    I definitely recommend this book!
