It works perfectly, clothes look brand new after the trimming. It doesn't work for extremely damaged clothes, but helps in the new slightly damaged ones or with a little pilling here and there.
It works perfectly for me, the only glitch is that it's battery operated. And not electric rechargeable one. But it comes with two Philips batteries so not to worry initially.
