  I purchased a box of 200 around 2 years ago and it still has plenty left. I use them for sleeping and find they are perfect.
  I've tried many kinds and have found these to be the most comfortable. They don't stick out too far or get in the way, and they're not a bullet tip so you don't need to get them deep into the ear to be effective (which yes I realize isn't the best fit for true hearing protection, however it can let a tiny bit of sound through for sleeping/safety). If you properly fit them they are good for hearing protection too, however I haven’t tested them enough in that sense to comment.
  
  I do re-use them, which may not be the most hygienic, but a pair can last at least a week in terms of the foam maintaining density. Just make the judgment call on the cleanliness factor.
  
  Will definitely buy again.
