  At first, I thought this was a great little blender, but each time I used it, I noticed black "dust" on my counter afterwards, but I couldn't figure out where it was coming from.
  
  Then, this morning, when I hit the blend button, it went for maybe two seconds, then stopped completely, and instead of black dust, there were chunks of black plastic, and rubber, on my counter.
  
  I removed the blender cup from the base, turned it upside down, and the black rubber part that sets into the black plastic piece on the base, were completely destroyed.
  
  Complete garbage.
