  I knew my cable, on my Troy-Bilt lawnmower, was going to fail. I ordered this before I needed it ( preventing long down time). This unit is a perfect replacement for the original. I oiled the cable before I installed it to allow longer life and allows the cable smoother movement. Great replacement to the original cable.
